Is there a parking fee?Three hours of complimentary parking are provided to those with a sales receipt of 20,000 yen or more. After three hours, the general parking fee of 1,000 yen per hour applies.

Are pets allowed?Assistance dogs including guide dogs, mobility support dogs, and hearing dogs are permitted. All other pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Is there a shuttle bus?There is no shuttle bus. From the JR Nikko and Tobu Nikko Stations, kindly hire a taxi or ride the Tobu Bus and deboard at ‘The Ritz-Carlton, Nikko’ stop.

Are non-alcoholic beverages served?Yes. We offer original spirit-free cocktails as well as the customary soft drinks, coffees, and teas. -
Are meals served at The Bar?A variety of light meals can be enjoyed at The Bar, including salads, sandwiches, pasta, our signature Nikko Wagyu beef burger, and desserts. -
