    Food Allergy & Dietary Needs Guide for Guests‎

    At The Ritz-Carlton Nikko, we take food allergies and dietary requirements seriously and we strive to accommodate our guest’s needs for a safe and enjoyable dining experience.

    • Please highlight any food allergies or dietary requirements to our associates in advance.
    • We will endeavor to meet your needs however this may not be possible should you have multiple dietary requirements or if we receive your request on the day you visit us.
    • Additionally, the information regarding our menu items and/or the ingredients that we use at The Ritz-Carlton, Nikko are provided by our producers and vendors.
    • Whilst every care is taken with your meal, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment at our hotel as the kitchens, washing facilities, crockery and cutlery are used for both the regular menu dishes and the special dietary dishes.

    Three hours of complimentary parking are provided to those with a sales receipt of 20,000 yen or more. After three hours, the general parking fee of 1,000 yen per hour applies.

    Assistance dogs including guide dogs, mobility support dogs, and hearing dogs are permitted. All other pets are not allowed in the hotel.

    There is no shuttle bus. From the JR Nikko and Tobu Nikko Stations, kindly hire a taxi or ride the Tobu Bus and deboard at ‘The Ritz-Carlton, Nikko’ stop.
